| Have asked golfers in HCMC about adidas and most of them say that it only last about 6 months dude to the sale always coming off.
So it looks like its either buy Footjoys here or wait till I get back to S'pore and do some shopping...

| Hi guys. Newbie here buying golf shoes. Do you guys think it's better to get those spiked or spikeless ones? Really have no clue about this. Will any club reject you if you are wearing spikeless shoes?
Thanks. | |

Thanks. Either way it's fine as long as the spikeless shoes were designed for golf. Advantage of spiked is better stability and grip, and longevity of shoes cos of replaceable spikes. Spikeless on the other hand, is more comfortable, and you can take them straight from the house to the course and back again. But usually don't grip as well in wet conditions, off slopes and in the rough. And once the rubber nubbins wear out, they've only got a little longer life as sneakers. Your choice really...

| Actually no matter which type of shoes you choose, it seldom less more than 3 years...in fact most shoes, assuming if you play every wk, last only 2. | |

| @enwee Ahhh that's good. I play a few other sports and the typical lifespan of my footwear is about 1-1.5 years. | |
