Sports gear in dongdaemun, Seoul (Korea)

Am currently in Seoul and heard of the sports street in dongdaemun,  anyone has been there? Is it worth a walk?

I'm not sure if we are refering to the same street. There's an underground sports street near Dongdaemun mrt station, ala City Link Mall at Raffles City.
Unless you are looking for mostly sports apparels like football jerseys(most of which don't look authentic), you may be hugely disappointed. It's like a more rundown version of penisula plaza imo. I didn't spot a single golf related shop.
