| HI Ralph Played @ SKY 72 a year ago.. It's one of the most expensive golfing experience I've ever had.. Weather was beautiful, but, me being the lazy one, didn't really take into account how the weather varies there.. I couldn't get through to SKY 72 while in Singapore because the phone was either engaged, no answer or ..... I even called the Korean Business Association here, but they couldn't help either.. I found out however, that in Korea, you MUST have at least 3 persons to book or a member bring you in to play... So, extremely determined, I just brought along my golf set and left.. I found out the journey from Lotte Hotel in Seoul city to SKY72 at Incheon is at least 1 hour by car in the early morning. i set off from the hotel at 5.30am, and true enough it took me 1 hour to reach there in a speeding taxi. Fares was S$100 One-Way. Upon reaching there, I found out all flights were taken up and they did not have any free slots. Not to mention, I was willing to pay to play at any of the courses there... After much begging, literally, a very nice (and cute!) golf executive helped to slot me in to a 3 balls flight. Off I went, and I regretted being so casual.. At 7.30am, the temperature was about 10degree and I was in Berms and polo tees... It was freezing.. But I must say the other 3 Korean gentlemen was very welcoming and fast players... Thus, I was jogging and not trying to look stupid... But alas, the best half way house in Asia... We had Free hot soup and freshly made Korean cake... I forgot to mention the games fees added up was close to S$250.. Bought some souvenirs after the game at the Pro shop, I took a 1 hour taxi journey back to the hotel for another S$100... Well worth the experience, S$500 golf game.. If you can, please spend at least 2 days in Jeju Island.. I heard it has beautiful courses there and it's cheaper too... Anyway, bon voyage ! | |

| Chien, love the halfway house. Brings back memory of my recent korea trip, though I did not get to play golf there. Colleague recommend jeju island for golfing, and golfers in seoul do take golf vacations to jeju. | |

| Great update Chien
Transportation wise you could save some money via taking Limo bus to Inchon then cab it from there, it should save some money ( best to ask from your hotel)
Also I def agree with bro Chien, if you have time best golf experience would be Jaju island, as green fee cheaper and better courses and booking should not be too difficult
gd luck eqtrend
