Actually he was not exactly tip-toeing. This is because he used his core muscle to drive at the ball and it is the body natural & athletic reaction to the centrifugal force. Just look at Bubba Watson and Tiger Woods bombed the drives on UTube, they reacted similarly.

Hi, yr second film 'My swing 2' look good! Proportion swing arc. Maybe yr weight transfer issue as yr finishg look abit light!
