Punggol range is BACK!

Ya, they shifted out last night during firework. I did heard rumours last week but thing wasnt confirmed yet that time. From my understanding, Mr Poh and landlord had conflict. Mr Poh is a nice man must be due to terrible situation he decided to move out on last evening.

I was there just last Thursday with my fren, cycle my road bike there.

 Wow! he already spend so money putting up netting and carpeting the whole range
 that cost probably in a million. Aircon the office, range matt, million golf ball, golf
ball vending machine, other renovation cost..I pity Mr. Poh,  this place
didn't last as expected since he invested so money  into the golf range.,


Golf game also seem to be going towards sunset, as many of frens has given up golfing
simple reasons are playing many years without improvement, going JB is no more fun.

Jam in and out of JB, notorious JB, golf range no more as hot as before, range are pretty
empty too, unlike those days range are packed, golfers waiting in Queue just to wait for the
next available slot.

A pity. Seems like a lose-lose situation. Landlord left with a piece of unproductive land, possibly giving rise to security issue as it gets vacant. Mr Poh unlikely to have recouped his investment within such short time. Customers also lose out. Like the Chinese saying goes, "give one step, big blue sky". =p

I've juz visited toa payoh range n have the punggol tokens changed. Pls note u have to change to their tokens as the machine is slightly different. No change of no. of balls though. 1 token = 90 balls.

Yes, heard that not doing well over at Punggol. I believe must be ended up in upsetting situation that Mr Poh they all had to move out things during fireworks last night. TP can also use cash card to buy balls. Heard Mr Poh will be managing another place.

Both shops re not closed nor ceased operation. 
They re temporary takg a break till new operator takes over mayb within weeks if soonest...
As far as i knw, WOG sales rep, Aldrin re attached to taka fr their demo depart n PING, TY re attached to Bukit Batok PING fittg/retail shop.

Oh my....what about those pro shops and the retail shop that were set up there? Were they also taken by this surprise?

Those students that still have lessons will also be left stranded. But I think the coach over there will do their level best to arrange for alternatives.

In any case, the sun will still rise as they find their footing again.

If there's gonna be a new operator my wish would be for,

Water coolers
Working fans
Clean balls
Decent mats
Actual sand and green practice areas
