| OK only if you couldn't find any golf course to play on weekend ... Personally think Tanjong Putri, Horizon Hill and Palm Resort are the better ones in JB ... | |

| I think it's more of the condition issue rather than whether this course is challenging or not. | |

Cheers It is pretty ok course ... Definitely not as challenging as Horizon Hill whose Bermuda green speed is close to PGA standard and condition of Horizon Hill course is also well maintained ... Palm Resort Cempaka course is challenging as it is hilly and long ...

| I personally prefer Legends to Tanjong puteri.
Prefer the Scenery of the Palm course. Condition is not as good. But well its definitely cheaper. So no complains there.
Only problem is the driving distance.

Short as in the course or journey? Distance for both is not really short. But with the ramandan period now, JB there's a lot of course got special promotion in sun afternoon, why not try them out. IMHO best JB courses now, HH, Puteri A, Ponderosa. Many said palm villa good but I think it's not as consistent condition as compared to the 3 I mentioned. Legends travelling time is very long, but the food outside legends very good.

Palm Resort - Allamanda & Cempaka course condition is pretty decent and definitely better than Legend or Starhill ... Nowadays, strictly buggy on track for Allamanda course.

| Loll. Guess you haven't read my thread on Legends. Have a read. My suggestion? Pick another course. Don't play there just because its cheap. Better to play somewhere that's worth your time and effort.. Just my 2 cents worth. (: | |

haha. no I meant the Drive up from SG to Legends to long. Driving ( as in the golf term), is pretty interesting especially the Palm course. Water hazards will line up around the 180-210 distance. So it will be challenging to some.

| Red8 i have read what you have posted about Legend on your last trip there.......but is not everyone that play there will encounter the same problem....i play at Legend almost every weekend for over a year.... me and my kaki never encounter much problem. To play there or not is up to one's preference but i don't think is good to keep harping on it........let it go and you will be happier... For me and my Kaki we will still play there.....just for your infor the club has change their old buggy with new one when we played there last weekend.... | |
