Info to T-off at local course later

Having the urge to play a round of 18 and can any bros suggest where to play at local course?

Walking? do they still do that there? I thought they went full buggies...

Believe those are changi members. Alot of retirees walk the course since they do not have to pay for green fees. They take it as an exercise while playing as the terrain is physically taxing.
