Hi... I just started to play at OCC last Saturday.Bought a card there. What is this 1:1 top up thingy? You mean on normal days, I top up $10 but I dont get $10 in value? Sorry, new here...

U top up $10 and u get $20 in the card. NTUC card members promotion only up to 31/05. The carnival promotion only on 01/06 & 02/06. This is huge savings if u play a lot.
