How do i make a claim from Golfer insurance @ nsrcc

hi

my driver shaft snapped .. (yes snapped)

may i check with everyone here on the process of claim for this from NSRCC insurance?

what is the process and steps?

U can get the claim form from MSiG website. But u need to get the policy number from NSRCC membership for the form. Also, MSIG would likely to require you to file a report at the club or range where your shaft broke.

Bro, if I not wrong, the basic nsrcc membership doesn't come w insurance leh..

NSRCC members are recommended to use MSIG insurance. I submitted my claim 4 months ago and since then, I did not receive any reply from MSIG. Wonder this insurance company ever exists.

I received my claim payment within a month from submission... Yes, nsrcc/msig golf insurance.

bro, this is how i process with my claim for lost of sunglasses

1. go to NSRCC changi golf counter to inform them about my loss
2. NSRCC golf counter girl give me a copy of MSIG claim form
3. NSRCC golf counter girl give me a letter to prove that i have reported the loss at NSRCC
4. Fill in the form and fax to MSIG

Take note that you have to keep calling MSIG and ask for status. I have been faxing the forms to them for 3 times over the past month and still have not receive any thing from MSIG yet

finally got a reply from NSRCC ............ that my claim was rejected because sunglasses is not covered under golf insurance

and yes, i have to call them again today for a status update, then they took 1 day to get back to me ...

insurance companies would normally asked for invoices or receipt to prove when and how much the damaged clubs.. i found this ridiculous . once u have it they will likely depreciates the club and pay u a fraction of the costs.
