U declare the score you wanna play and you play to the dot you win the jackpot. Sometimes people will draw a few holes as jokers so all people on the hole get pars in regardless u get bogey, par or birdie also considered as par. In the case of no one get the score on the dot, the nearest one is the winner. Normally the winner is the one who declared a lower score and played to a higher on lower one cannot win. Also some people played lower that what you declared the penalty is doubled.
