think it only works for certain type of crabs.. some times those crab meat stick to the shell.. (maybe not very fresh)

Am going to buy a crab and try it out.

In fact, it's got me hankering for some crab meat already. Maybe I'll go this evening.

This trick only work on crabs which have just change shells and the flesh have not fully grown in the shells or what we call the not too "hard"type.

Mud crab will be a bit difficult as the fresh one, the meat stick too the shell and are the best. Those that still have "space"in between, either the crab have died earlier and kept in the fridge or just change shell not too long ago.

Wonder if this works for chilli crabs too?

Bro PS,

The trick is to lick the chilli sauce first before proceeding to do the tip.

And then once i have the meat, i dip it in sauce again...haha good one brp
