| I recently broke my collarbone and ribs, and after the surgery I went to Core Concept in Novena/Raffles Quay to do my physio. http://www.coreconcepts.com.sg/
The therapist I went to is Pui Wan. She's really good. I only went to 5 sessions and all fixed !

| Hi Guys,
I think i have tennis/golfer elbow (not able to determine which one =P) Sometimes it comes sometimes its gone
Usuallay i rest do some stretching to eliminate it but it keep on coming back Something is wrong and one of the causes is me holding to tight the grip when not in confidence.. anyway, i am looking ofr a physio to better eliminate the pain and have a better recovery.
any feedback from Coreconcepts in Raffles Quay Cybermambo ?
I found something interesting as well, Golf Fit program in TTSH. Anybody went there? any idea of the price??
Thanks guys
(i will get an hour with a pro - somewhere - after my 2 week planned golf break...=p )

| [quote="kennyky"]Hi Guys, I think i have tennis/golfer elbow (not able to determine which one =P) quote] If the pain is on the outside area of the elbow, it's a tennis elbow If the pain is on the inside area of the elbow, it's a golfer's elbow Any bro with good recommendation of how to resolve this problem, please share too.... I'd gone to several places but still not cured... Tried acupunture and tui na also no effect.. | |

| Ha ha ha, sorry to be rude
But I think that pain in the elbow, the most likely cause is playing too much with himself.
In fact tennis / golf elbow, is due to inflammation. Try using Ketotop plaster, can be bought at pharmacy - ask the pharmacist. And some anti-inflammatory cream will help.Lastly, lots of rest!!!!!!!

| I have used
Physical Therapy Centre Address : 19 Tanglin Rd #05-25 Tanglin Shopping Centre Singapore 247909 Telephone : 6235 9678 Fax : 6235 3356
Very professional and treats many golfers.
PS: Golfer's/tennis elbow is because of the vibrations from hitting too hard. Rest is the best cure. Temporary relief is a band around the lower arm near the elbow to reduce the effect of vibration on the tendons.

| Probably a beginner's injury but I keep on spraining/straining the muscle? under my right armpit - likely to be my latissimus dorsi or my pectoralis major/minor...all the salonpas that I have applied over the last five days has not helped numb/heal the pain.
Certainly curbed my enthusiasm to shop for more golf stuff...so whilst I seek coach's advice on what is causing this, I am searching for a good physio to give me some pain relief. Any recommendations?

| Wow. So many options. Anyone can provide some indicative charges per session?
I am also starting to feel worried about my left shoulder pinching pain when I raise the hand above the head. Not sure if I should see a TCM or go for Ang Moh sinseh. Thanks.
