Not so girlie photos - Last Practice Day

3 days are gone in a flash. today marks our last day before we leave for home tomorrow. if you see the smiles and the greetings from the players when they pass the club fitting tent, well, it will all be gone tomorrow cos on tournament days, they are quiet and you can feel that the player becomes a different person altogether. its the tension that comes with the pressure.

On TV they might smile, wave and sign autographs as if they love it. But the truth will also be a permanent fact. Get on with the show.....

so here's what transpired on the last day of practice.

first of all, its good to see where we were operating from....its a million dollar view.



what the player's see...



the range has its own bunker so that player's can test out different ways of getting out of the bunkers...



some of the players warming up before the Pro-Am....



the golf pride rep brought some new Z-Rubber for us to test...



pretty interesting, i would love to install one of these in my BFG wedge to try out.



the calm before the storm and it feels almost eerie with an empty course after the Pro-am.....



rules officials are busy determining pin position for Day 1 tournament and the rule is the ball must stop no more than 3 feet from the hole when drop from the highest lateral vector.





Mina Harigae still tuning up at 3.00 pm



Last one on the chipping green.



the cleaning crew cleans up...



then Momoko is the last person on the range, hitting just 20 balls to groove in the swing thought...



finally this is what happens when you play poker with the Thais at night.....Black Fox and a brand of Japanese Beer hard at work washing balls....



finally a souvenir with the nice ladies i met.....Vicky Hurst, Momoko and a very young and talented Lydia Ko.....

Just when you think DGman would really be on holiday.....along comes Park Se Ri.






LL...the master has to come out of his idleness and give his magic touch to bend Se Ri's putter to 2 degrees more upright.

Hmm......if she nicks it, think DGman has got a lot to do with it.

The title of master doesn't come easy! Altho his cooking seems to stick in my mind more. Thinking of steak(Food) at this time is detrimental to my waist line.
