Its a pte golf course which is opens to public. There are always newbies like us who cant tell where our driver drive our ball.

Anyway, if kanna window (touch wood), insurance is covered. Dun need to come out of pocket.

Hello, sorry to hear about your bad experience. Did it happen today? And was it along Loyang Avenue or Netheravon Road? I play there quite often and am very curious to understand the potential tee off area that caused your distress.

If it is holte 2/11, it must be the 2nd shot and probably from the left hand side of the green . But that's still about 50-60m from the road. The trees on the right of the tee off area are too high for the balls to go the road.

It could possibly be the tee off too....ball super sliced to the right and onto the road.....though there are trees to prevent balls from going over...but you never know as the saying goes "ball is round anything can happen"

My brother's car got hit by a "stray" ball from SCC last year too.
Luckily it hit the front fender... Claimed from SCC for the repair...

Im probably one of the culprits Razz

Used to train there on the weekdays, 2nd teebox. Open with a slice. hahaha. I think at least one or two went over the trees. Well, shit happens. Guess i didn't ever hit a car, if not it would have been trouble.

cant rule out the chances of a guy topping the ball when he is approaching/lobbing to the green from the left though. affraid

You must be going for 1 on and birdie or hole in 1!
I think you can still par the hole with a P + 52 deg + single putt on a very good day.
I think driving range is the place to practise super slice/super hook.
