| Yea, i second Enwee's point. It is reccomended that you buy a club membership where your kakis are/ will be playing. | |

| This guys.
My kakis usually plays at SCC, but it is slightly of out the way from where I stay. SCC currently only offers term membership. But is still a very good deal comparing with what the other clubs are offering.

Well willy, then get scc lor. You said it's out of way but you still play there. This show you willing to travel so far to play. Anyway how far can it go in Singapore? From one end to the other, the most will only take you one hour or maybe slightly more. Scc is a rather new course. Played there last wk. excellent work done on the course. Alternative, you can also join Nsrcc because they also have some arrangement with scc. Lastly, buy something you can afford.

| Ya... My kakis all jio jio me to buy SCC. I have only played there a few times. I currently have the NS Hometeam golflink membership which allows me to play SCC at discounted price of $55 wkday, so dun have to pay guest rate of $91 (very Siong).
My consideration is location, price n the frequency of my game.

Hahaha.... I stay in the central near Tanjong Pagar while i currently work in the eastern part of singapore. As i dun have hcp, thus usually play at NSRCC par 3 or occasionally at SCC as guest.

As i dun have hcp, thus usually play at NSRCC par 3 or occasionally at SCC as guest. This is what I'll suggest: 1. Get a handicap. That's the right path to go if you wanna play golf and enjoy golf. You can't be enjoying the game if you are always playing 120s... Don't fall into the dark side... 2. With the hcp, you can play everywhere you want... That's why I suggested 1. 3. Nowadays there are many credit cards n My Golf Kaki that allow you to play at various courses. So you don't really need to rush in now. 4. When you are ready to be serious, buy a club convenient to you. For lower budget, I think nsrcc is the best. Since you work in the east, Tmcc would be ideal or Sentosa which is very near your house.. Before buying any club, good to check the club's balance sheet and whether they are members or proprietary club.. 5. There are plenty of driving range near your residence and office.. Have fun !
