| What you did also not very correct. You are trying to set trap for him to say or react badly infront of your camera. Of course his behaviour is bad but what you did is just as bad. I am sure you also dun like people to video you too. Just take another taxi since there is alot at the airport. Why want to mess up you and your family day esp when you just came back from holiday. Dun keep filing complain because you know his company is SMRT. If he know who you working for, I am sure he will complain to your boss too. You like? Just move on and use the energy to drive the golf ball better. Just my view, happy golfing. | |

| Calvin
Sorry to say this. But u must have done something to cause this reaction from him
If u didn't. Means this guy is just a gangster
If I didn't provoke him and he do this to me.. I will file complaint..
But when he make lewd remarks to your wife and daughters.. If I'm u. I will take him to court. Cos have witness...
Cos this is outrage of modesty
And it's very barbaric | |

| personally, i am with u calvin....
if u are in the service industry, u need to have a certain measure of public service, basic courtesy is one of them...
if i was the cab driver, i wld show calvin how it is not possible to load all the bags in the trunk of the car.... then calvin lan lan must look for another cab
if i was calvin, i will tell the driver to show me its not possible to load all the bags....then i lan lan look for another cab
as a commuter, i expect basic courtesy shown by our cab drivers.... if u dun have it, why b in the service industry
if u choose to be in it.... then show some service
just like i tell my engineers..... i dun hired u guys to be polite, i just want u guys to b EFFICIENT n get the job DONE

| Just another nv ending story... No one can say who is right or wrong, only the jury or the judge in court can do so... Here, its only one side of the story... No one knows the other side. If this had happened into a fight, police arrive, arrest both... 99% that both will be charge under affray... That is to say... Lose lose situation... What for? Like many had said... Siam lor... | |

| Why Siam??!!!!
If that's the case, how's our service industry gonna improve??!!!
If your child talks back to u.... Do u choose to Siam n ignore
I will let my kids stare at the barrel of my rotan!!
Better I cane now then let him/her grow to the person like the cab driver....
If u are not cut out for the service industry..... Then dun be in it
If u are in it, then do the right thing....

Been to few places.. Took taxis of these countries... Honestly, Singapore taxi drivers are not THAT bad... New York taxis are far worse... Australian taxis are no better too... And Khorkar is right.. 12 hours shift driving around, various weirdos, "service" standard is the last on their mind... If i want decent services, i'll call the Premier Mercedes taxis... | |

| You are lucky they dont say... Lu Kua Simi.... Ai mai...!!
No offence to all the taxi uncle, some of them do play golf and good people to have a good game, have a good laugh with beers and be buddies. In reality, Taxi drivers doesn't know and i might say even care for what is service industry. For them, its pick a customer A from point A to point B, then collect money. No hard feelings, but thats the business to them.
On the hind side, try taking a cab in KL town, ask for meter only...they tell you, go fly kite!

| I want to stress again, it is the "issue" not the "SMRT" that you mentioned. Who want to spoil a good time especially when family is around? Didnt ask for this incident to happen.. Who likes to keep filing a complain unnecessarily? maybe there will be people like this, filing complaints to earn a living or do it for fun.. Not sure if you have read my thread contentcarefully... Anyway I resting my case as SMRT has responded. - odyssey23 wrote:
