Palm springs batam handicap

I'm appealing for feedback for the above.
I'm keen to do a round with the pro and get my handicap from them.
Can any seniors who also hold the same hdcp from PS also advise on the below:
1.is the PS hdcp recognised for play in ALL courses in SGP?
2.did none have the problem of transferring into a local club like mygolfkaki after 6-12months?
3.how much is golfer insurance?
4.any other known downside getting hdcp from PS?
