Not exactly a wise choice for keeping myself alert.

| I add your egg + rice with kecap manis, sambal terasi and kerupuk, become nasi goreng. What i eat before some 18h Dude, search "nutrition in eggs" on your browser search engines. Hope it helps in your pursuit of carbo loading. | |

| I have a set breakfast usually before I golf in the morning - this set is designed due to their easy availability, minimum need of preparatiion, and nutritional value to give great energy, alertness, and accuracy: 1. start with a can of red bull (not the blue one, traditional one. If can find smuggle one with "krating daeng"in the label even better. 1000mg of taurine) 2. eat 2 bananas 3. finish one small carton box of soybean milk 4. eat 3 bananas 5. end with one more can of red bull - see comment on no.1 6. Only drink Heaven and earth green tea throughout the course.
It works well for me in alertnes... and in retrospect, maybe not so much on energy nor accuracy.........
