| To be honest everyone is different, but it boils down to the intensity of the day ahead, personally if i know that for that particular day i am going for some marathon, the day before i will carbo load with rice etc and morning have a couple of bananas to increase the carb for the run ahead. Of cause hydration prior to event is like SAF water parade style as well. For a normal day with light activities ahead, a cup of coffee/tea and sandwiches laden with tuna will do finely, coffee providing the caffeine to kick start the mind. Sandwiches with tuna providing the carbs and protein as part of daily nutrition requirement. So in short there is generally no "right" breakfast. As long the macros / calories intake are sufficient, a person will be good to go already.Skipping breakfast is the worst way to lose fat as it will just screw up your metabolism rate | |

| Energy does not just come from carbs alone , they comes from carbs / fats / protein .
A very simple explaination can be found below
http://www.trampoline.co.uk/Nutrition/energy_and_sources.htm
Not necessary just to eat egg for protein, some alternative are tuna / turkey hams are good source of protein

| Good qn khorkar ... When I started golf I was on a low carb diet ... But I found tat eating a drumstick before a game didn't help me to last ... So I went back to normal diet ... Unfortunately too much carbo just simply means I have to work it off doing other cardio exercise ...
Eggs coffee n moderate carbs ... Tats enough to last a game ...
