Love bananas... But got to hit a few practice shots first... If you're hitting left, do make sure your banana is pointing right when you eat it and vice versa

| A good breakfast with carbs works well. Try to avoid oily foods (I said "try"). A banana, egg sandwich or a power bar helps. But if I had my way, I'd stick to a steady regiment of nasi lemak! | |

| Why is there any difference in food intake when you go golf huh?
For me, standard breakfast that is light + kopi + ciggies. And standard breakfast really depends on my appetite that morning.

| I think to me, what is more important is to have a good trip on the porcelain cruise. If not, the type of brekkie will not make a diff. | |

| Depending on your timing for breakfast.....perhaps the Buayee sisters' breakfast timings are late in the morning, so their breakfast would be their victims. | |
