this thread is too civilized, the replies are too polite and everyone is so thoughtful and cleaning up the names so that its easy to see and update.

besides having a nice time sharing a special meal, drinking, spreading gossips, catching up with friends and meeting new ones....i dont know what else the Indian Affair 2012 will achieve.

but i am so looking forward to this cos without the support and participation of the other 40 over GRians, one lamb is really too much for me to consume and so it will never become a meal that i can partake.

KK you are moved to #4. Orange needs final confirmation but we are good to go. its 45 paxs at $32 each and the $80 has been waived.

also we now have available for beer drinkers special mini can of Asahi Beer (thanks to Asahi for helping us secure this. Schell and i will sponsor one carton each but those who drink (except Schell) would have to contribute $3 for 2 cans to Missmoon's charity of choice.

buffet starts at 7.30 and TCSS starts at 7 pm. we need a few helpers so looking forward to volunteers. Nick we need your stools and the cashier for the evening is the very reliable FrostEE. if we have 47 paxs, its $1440 (32 X 45) divided by 47 = $30.70 each (round up).

if more than the price per pax will be lower...food can easily accomodate 50.
