Found this link. Thought it was interesting. Normally you would see all sorts of golf club training aids, this one is only for the hips.

One of the training in the video is kinda hard to do...takes a lot of waist and hip muscle, now i know where I am weak at... I wonder if this thing help in the bedroom department... Razz
