| Can't help with the reviews cos I almost wanted to buy it but dropped the idea, but I read quite a bit about it. Most said it was easy to launch and really long. But the club face seemed to scratch quite easily. And the weights at the toe fell out for some. Not sure how true though. Think you can find it and try out at Golf House. | |

| Andrew,
I didn't realize that there are two XTD options: steel and titanium. As far as I know, Adams have Super Hybrid and Super Hybrid XTD and they comes in different loft, too.
I played both and they are great clubs. Stock shafts are mediocre at best but at least the Fubuki is the real deal. They are easy to get up in the air, long and feels great. Very typical Adams hybrid, which is a good thing.
The only thing you should pay attention to is the swing weight, I am sure it is something that DGman can fix if you don't have the extra weights. Easy.
I tried a few shafts, works best with the VTS red, Diamana Plus. Kuro Kage gives good result but feels a little harsh compared to the rest of them.
Just my 2 cents, though...

| Eiji, yeap that's what I meant. I got the impression that the XTD comes in steel or titanium. Jon, they feel great and easy to hit too. Makes me wonder why the heck I sold my own to a customer. | |

Just my 2 cents, though... thanks Yarra.. by swing weight u are referring to too heavy or too light? my choice of shaft will be tour AD though

| I've a pair of the Super Hybrid SS (stainless steel version) in 22 & 19 deg They come in Matrix 'Program' shafts Easy to launch with soft landing but feel is just ok. Good replacement for long irons but don't expect distance to replace fairway woods. | |
