Its just a simple job, that is to assemble the clubs according to the specs. They will not have to study the swing, style, posture and etc. He will also not required to golf. How to call them fitting assistance?

A nice job title dont really make a difference here. Its the pay and the work hours that will be appealing !

Aiya, must also give the idea that there is a future in this mah. Pay and hours are factors to attract the right ppl, titles are sometimes given to show prospects. Nvrmind lah, you not HR type one.

This type of job where got prospect? Just a decent pay, stress free, cool environment only. The big $$$ is elsewhere bro.

Not really stress free hor... I've seen how some can be treated ;-) Tell you the story another day when we meet.
