| I tried doing that and it is quite fun. I learn a lot more about my swing this way. Try it and share with me how you feel. | |

| Actually when you hit with the eyes closed, it give you a smoother tempo....at least for me. | |

| I think it really does test your swing out. Whether you are shifting your weight properly, heads down etc. it's worth a try me thinks | |

| You will learn: you don't need to hit hard to achieve distance. | |

| SBH, do you mean after you address your ball, then close your eye, do the back swing and swing through? Sounds like a good way to control your body movement...Let me try this sunday. | |

| I do that when I have too many thoughts. It helps to calm the mind and also realize that you can trust your swing.
Address the ball, waggle the club. Set it down, look at target look back at ball, close my eyes. Think 1 thought and trust the rest to fall in place as I take my club back. After the swing and positive feeling open my eyes and see direction. If contact was bad try not to look at where ball went and redo the steps again.
That's what I do sometimes. But it's usually after hitting 20-30 balls at least.
