| seriously... theres actually someone thinking that complaints to the management will change things... maybe thats true... i dunno...
without all this threads i would not have been informed of all these information on the punggol range... ie. parking rates, gantry issues, condition of the range, etc... theres certainly something to pick up from all these threads and feedbacks... I dun see it negatively... just my two cents...

| Gantry is now full ERP. Personally I find the range still well maintained. Mats are not severely degraded in any way. | |

| Yups was there last nite 2 hit 180 balls... Once u get used to the system (pay for parking, $5-6 for 90balls, lots of chairs and tables to use, reasonable drinks selection, well stocked Japanese clubs pro shop (no more irritating sales person bugging u to test clubs) asides from PING Fitter, slow ball dispenser, the occasional influx of insects, decent chinese restaurant at the far end if u need a chir char dinner r if u prefer theres a KFC within walking distance, ok toilets, adjacent very generous putting areas, occasional competitions for hitting balls to the car in the middle of the range or the gong or the basket.... its alright.. esp for those that live nearby in the NE. Friendly boss Poh always make it a point to walk around to say hi too! | |

| I really hope they can lower the min number of balls you need to buy. Sometimes I want to hit some more balls after 90 but 180 is too much.

Adding more on Jeffman's contribution # The drinks place is well stocked and the lady serving is very friendly and pleasant. I am paying so much for my car already and life in general in Singapore with the big ticket items, that I do not pay attention to parkings and ERPs anymore. really. I practice once a week there anyway on a weekday (sometimes 2) so its not a biggie if I spend about $5 max on car parks there. On weekends I practice at my club at NSRCC. its just convenience on a weekday for me as I live in Sengkang, Rivervale Crest to be exact - 5 mins drive? The zhi zhar place is amazing - its a complete package for me - my wife and me will practice and head to the zhi zhar place after that - Jacqlin who is one of the staff there is very nice and friendly. Good service. I am the big indian dude and usually with my wife (North Indians) come over and say hi if you're there and recognise me, you can usually see me chatting with Ty the Ping chap. Nice guy.

I second this. I would also like a "half token", ie, 45 balls. If there is a sand practice area, it will be so so perfect.

Nope. When you enter the car park gantry, you'd have to turn left to go to the range / kfc right? Instead, make a left and go all the way in (ie, back of the range, 200m mark). Theres a prawn/fishing place there also. Hope that helps. Signature dishes - pork ribs and the thai style fried chicken....

Serious?? yup. A small one though. If u use range balls there, u can leave it there after hitting and the staff will clear it for u

When u enter the range, turn right and walk all the way to the end - pass all bays and kids classes. Behind the side netting of the range you will find a small sand pit.

| Would be interesting to see the sand practise area. Read someone describing it as a child's sand pit. Could some kind soul post pictures? | |

walk to the end, and go behind the net and walk upwards 5-10m (assuming carpark is heading downwards), you'd see the sand pit.
