Are NTUC members able to enjoy special rates for golfing at OCC even if they are not MGK members?

i went to the OCC website but unable to find out which catergory this falls under is there is any. I know MGK has special rates with the Golf Balloting process.

You must have both NTUC union and MGK...

bro... if you are not MGK member then you had to buythe pass fro $30 and you will enjoy the same rate as MGKs.

But if you want a fuss-free approach in the future, do consider going down the MGK route. I did that and it's worth it

Unfortunately, I've retired from golf and have traded in my golf clubs for a Razer mouse and a click-fest of mob runs.

I make cameo appearances from time to time, mostly because I feel the need to see my good friends but also because I need to sponsor their alcohol intake.

on OCC, I just realized over the numerous games with OCC gank that I never, ever, ever cracked Aranda. Always produced bad score. My decent scores in OCC were always on Dendro Vanda.

Aranda:
The first hole, very often hit the slopes on the right. lost countless balls
The downhill par 3 always hit short and right to the bushes. tough to scramble
The long & narrow par 4, often hit the OB on the right
The short par 5 over water, always 3 putt or even 4 putt
The long par 4, tried so hard to drive, ended never pass red tee
The short par 3 by the water, never hit green, mostly right bunker
The long par 5 after that, balls kept going to water
and the last hole, also never hit green

Aranda just exposes my very CMI short game. BLEE, need help!

I agree. Aranda is a bit jinxed for me. The first few holes are OK but the last 3-4 holes always seem to kill me. At least the Par 5 which has the water from about 150m out.

I'll bring my hybrid with +50 common sense and my putter with +25 nerves of steel the next time I'm there.

Bro ... if you are already a NTUC member and NSRCC member, it only costs you $60 to join as an associate member and you get to ballot for golf passes online ($16.50) and you do not have to show proof of golf insurance.

Of course you can always contact Francis as well for the golf pass at $30 (NTUC membership required).

It really depends on how often you are planning to play at OCC

... and if you join MGK and give Derek a hug, he'll give you 5-5 for life.
