| My other passion...... Brewing beers and still trying to perfect it. In the bottles now... Kolsch Lager, American Pale Ale, Irish Red Ale and some left over IPA, Irish Wheat, Japanese Wheat... - Empty bottles 660ml each. HAve close to 1xx bottles of them long neck bottles  - My equipments - Fermenter, Mashing buckets, Kettle  - Chiller used for Primary and Secondary fermentation, keeping temperature within 12-20c. Also used for lagering process.  - The final product...lotsa beers.  | |

Its legal to brew for personal consumption and you are not allow to sell them. There are a whole lot of science brewing and much like golf. Each degree of change from its process, will result in many outcome of your beers. To me, beer is more than a form of drink, its an art. | |
