Golf Grips : the length

i got a few questions for the pros :

Q1 : there is a ruling on the grooves but is there a ruling on grips like the length of the grip ?( wedge esp . something have to choke down finding myself choke all the way to the end of the grip , worst 1 hand on the shaft due to some weird terrain...)

Q2 : are all grip standard length ?? is there any grips longer ? like 1inch longer ?

For Q2, Lamkin has produced a longer grip for wedges that is used on the new TM ATV Wedges basically its about 1inch longer with 2 dots for consistent choking down. Cheers.
