PING serial no. not recognised in official PING website - Genuine or Fake Empty
PostSubject: PING serial no. not recognised in official PING website - Genuine or Fake   PING serial no. not recognised in official PING website - Genuine or Fake I_icon_minitimeSat Apr 28, 2012 9:28 am

Hi all,

Need to seek advice here please. I have custom-fitted a PING G15 irons from a shop in Bishan range. After receiving the PING irons, I tried to register the serial no. at the official US PING website but was rejected.

In addition, when I tried to order loose G15 4 iron from US and gave the US retailer my set serial no., they said it was not a US registered serial no. Hence, I wonder whether my PING iron set is a genuine US product or some 'cheong' ones manufactured in, maybe, China? I paid close to $1,500 for the whole set (5-9, PW).

Any views would be much appreciated please.

Thanks!

Ping products in Singapore comes from the Japan hub. Custom Golf are legit and will not sell anything other than those from the local distributor, Wingolf.

if you have any doubts, you can call Wingolf directly. i personally will not lose sleep about this.

hope it helps.......DGman
