| the S3 pro comes as a combo set, PW to 7i is muscle back aka MB aka blades while the 6i to 3i or in my case, 2i comes as a cavity back (cb) but for this set of irons, just like the yonex irons, a lot of us find that the muscle backs are easier to hit and plays a whole lot better hence the custom orders for a 2i to PW set | |

| The S3 irons is pretty decent, stronger loft irons I think but it's really easy to hit, and I think it's below a grand for brand new. Nothing to complain about. | |

| bro chien, i am also looking for a set of irons but am not in such a rush.
After 1 or 2 rounds, can u let me know the feedback on this S3. Is ur set on steel or graphite shaft? Is this set for low / mid or high handicapper? thanks.

Hi bro I do you one better, buy me beer and you can use my irons for one whole game when we play together !! hahaha Seriously, you can read this just for reference first, http://www.mygolfspy.com/review-cobra-s3-irons/ Do a search on Youtube too and you will see some reviews... Haven't played on course yet.. Will do so tom @ our gr game.. So tom it'll either be disastrous or solid game.... P/s: mine is ns pro regular steel shaft... According to reviews its for mid hcp...

| Hi
Am currently using Cobra S3 with TourAD graphite shaft.. Very easy to launch, nice feel and forgiving... tink S3 is been replaced by new AMP.. Worth a look too

| Hi IUH Sorry, I overlooked your post... Pls google for reviews, and read the ones from www.mygolfspy.com Also I read that the S3 is for middle handicappers, while the S3 Pro is for lower HCP guys.. Thus, the S3 Max is for the higher HCP... I personally gotten the S3, although the Pro is so sexy and much nicer looking, I rather have one that helps me play better golf than one that I have to struggle with every time I play... I'm using steel shaft on the S3, distance wise it's longer than my old sets, but I guess the steel shaft has cut off a few yards... Thus, unless u are a big guy with a very fast and strong swing, go for the graphite one first... Have fun mate !! | |
