To those who wish to improve their golf:

Anyone ever have a go at a Swing Machine? Any idea what is it all about?

I am trying to gather a group of 8 pax to have a go and watch how it helps to strengthen and improves our golf fitness and power to drive longer.

The Swing Machine - is an ideal machine for strengthening muscles and improves flexibilities.
As golfers we always try buying and buying and buying any drivers or clubs that can gives that extra centimeters (it's lucky if you find one) apart from a proven fitted piece of club that helps better.

Working out and getting stronger I believe is the way to go... I gotten better with my game truly was from getting my fitness improve.

I am then able to play with heavier shaft and stiffer flex.
