| Guys, this was the first round only ... We shall see who will prevail in the final round. Look at Henrik Stenson, he dropped from -6 thru' 13th to -1 at the end of the round. | |

More like -5 thru 17 to -1 when he was done.

| Phil's moving on Moving Day.
He just played shot only he can play!
A magnificent full swing flop with his 64 deg wedge from just off the 15th to a lightning fast downhill green to within 3 ft of the hole for a birdie.
Three way tie now for the lead at -7
Phil Mickelson, Luis Oosthuizen, and Swede Peter Hanson.
Luis and Phil seem to be the most in the zone.
If Phil keeps his drives straight, doesn't duff a flop, and his putting doesn't implode through the final round, he could join Arnold Palmer on four green jackets. Only Jack Nicklaus has more with six Masters to his name.
C'mon Phil!
Very exciting round 3 with roars all over the course. Even the commentators are spewing superlatives at the many players pulling off great shots to charge up the leader board.

| Peter Hanson just birdied the 17th to go 8 under.
Phil left his uphill birdie putt two rolls short of the cup on 17th, missing out on joining Hanson as co-leader.
Hanson is about to go to -9 by leaving his approach on the 18th just a foot from the hole.
Peter Hanson should lead at 9 under going into Day 4 after playing a 65. His putter is hot.

| Phil's drive on the 18th landed in the right rough, then he pulls off a hero shot with his approach.
A hooking iron shot that moves 30 yards left to right that rolls up the green curling towards the hole.
Result? An uphill seven foot birdie putt to be one behind Leader Peter Hanson.
He's chasing hard! | |

| Phil just sank the 7 ft uphill left to right putt on the 18th for a birdie!
The patrons rise to see the putt, then roar as the ball falls in for a 6 under 30 back nine. Phil finishes with a 66 and is now alone in 2nd place at -8, one shot behind leader Peter Hanson.
Final pairing on Day 4:
Peter Hanson and Phil Mickelson.

| Wow, The leader board changed so much in just one round. Fred Couples drop from 1 to 11, Rory from 3 to 27, Sergio from 3 to 19.
Final round will be very interesting.

| This goes to show that Augusta is a tough course ... The leaderboard is so dynamic ... I got a feeling Phil may be able to wear the Green jacket once again. | |
