| Dear GRians, Thank you for your support for the BFG Irons and today, we have finally got the official R&A Letter to state that the grooves are conforming to R&A Standard. Bad news is... The irons are still out of stock till perhaps Mid April.

as we were pending the ruling from the R&A and its stated clearly that the submission must be made with what is being customised or sold, hence the order has been delayed. we never can be sure until the ruling is made final. we have been sold out since January save for some that we have kept in the reserved bank.
so the next batch will be available in the early June or late May.
for those who have been asked not to review the irons, its about time that you can start talking about it, in another thread that you have the honour to start. who wants to be the first to review?
i would really like to hear it from one of our earliest customer Grooveballer.

PS only irons made before 2010 will be listed on the R&A website. for the rest of the brands, it is up to them to send the samples for an examination and verification. so do not panic when you do not see it listed on either R&A or USGA site. for those playing in PGA sanctioned, professional or top amateur events, you may download the letter and provide this to the tournament director for confirmation.
