pain on left heel after golf game

hi all

recently i encounter this pain on my left heel after evey game....this start about 6 months ago, and now i'm still experience this. The pain will last for about 3 days and gradually reduce..

just wonder anyone encounter this and any advice for me

i feel pain on my front ball part near the toe. i think it my shoe. i added a front pad to it and is going to try it next week. maybe you want to try adding pad to your shoe too? (just a suggestion to try).

same experience here... doctor advised soft tendon inflammation

realised it's caused by too active lower body and too much lateral movement...
going through a swing change and much less pain after game now...

still continue wearing ankle guard though... but situation has improved...

i thot I saw a discussion on ankle injuries and its causes in the TPI video posted by Lee elsewhere.

i go to Sport Med Clinic at Changi Gen for my joint injuries.

I've slight flat feet. Used to have pain near the arch of the feet after every game. After seating down for a drink after the game, will walked with a limp. Pain will go away the next day. This happens for about 6 months. Not sure what happens but now I walk 18 holes and there's no pain.

Had a swing change that leads to the pain?
