| Oh...one more Important Thing,
A Big Welcome to the two new LoHei Captains for 2013 !
Chipmunk & Shamusan
Both have many similarities except size of the body, both are long hitters, tall, have titles under their belts, have undergone training under coach Low, etc...
Most importanly, they are commited to their game.
You have the previlege of at least 12 months to choose and evaluate each and every single potential team mates.... Choose Wisely ! Best of Golfing !

| Last year draw... this year defeat... been crying the whole night... we tried our bestest best but alas... we succumb to the might of duo squirrel/Keppel Div A Champion... Nonetheless they gave us a tough day... forcing errors out of us... first time no $$$ wager but damn stress... So stress and their team mate Mloy still use her sia-9 skills on me before tee-off. 1st driver shot play hockey liao.... nbz... Got the jitters for quite a number of holes... so stress... my partner tell me he cannot take it if we lose... haizz... more stress.... Worthy opponent and they truly deserve the point they scored for their team. Thinking back... if only I did not provoke squirrel on the last hole.... haizzz.... so many regrets... but great day out! Thanks TD for the hard work once again.... HUAT AH!!! I thought my stress finally over after the game... nbz... dinner tell me I kena Capt for next year... then somehow... I was embroil into a game with my fav frienemy with Capt Low for a game at Bukit next week... Whole night cannot sleep... as I cry and cry..... | |

| First of all I'd like to thank you captain Kian for his trust in us to the extent of putting the klj flight as the last flight where all the CNBC Sports and Golf Channel usually focus their attentions to. With such heavy coverage we just can't give our opponents an easy win.
Next is for TD who never ceases to amaze me with his organizing skill (his current job must have helped him a lot in developing this skill). Everything went smoothly, dinner was excellent, even the weather was fantastic (how he did this is just beyond me)...
To my partner Techno, thank you for the fun and endless funny remarks. It's an honor to partner you and looking at all those fantastic rocket-like hybrids shots left me speechless. Oh not forgetting, thank you for being my aircon bus and provided all the crucial points, despite my 180m drive and playing to my 36 handicap, especially on the hole 18 where we innocently accepted the 25 brothers wager of a bowl of chng teng in return of a good BJ for them.
To my other klj flight mate, the 25 brothers... Thank you for the fun, laughter and constant pressure to win every point. Me and Techno were lucky to escape your buaya-ing unscathed. Both of you have display the true 25-ness and lived up to your name. I recall that Suspicious almost 25 CCC before the game started and CCC had his revenge by 25-ing Suspicious during the game. But needless to say CCC super drive almost outdrove everyone most of the time (only Techno can match his prowess) and for Suspicious who was the only person with birdies in our flight, all I can say to my ex-partner MC: BE AFRAID ... BE VERY AFRAID WHEN HE IS HOT!!!
I look forward to the next year's challenge and would like to congratulate the new captains: Sham and Chipmunk.
Btw we kept hearing Mloy shouting "Hot hot hot" while staring at Pushslice from behind...

We definitely lost to the better team. Mowen and squirrel are par machines and combined for 5 over. Really hats off to squirrel for his approach shot on the last hole from 100m. Me and chippy were sitting pretty on the fairway 30-40m from the pin and his partner's approach was just short of green an rolled into water. He then got a phone call from captain kian saying he needed to win his match. That's real pressure.... How did he respond? Casually landed his approach 1ft from the hole for tap in birdie!
Heart sank and accepted defeat.
Anyway in true pao toh fashion, these are the scores I know:
Guy 91 Chippy 86 Mowen 86 Squirrel 82 Aloyboy 80 ZX 91
That's all I could remember. I think we had a close fight .. down to the last hole .
I think we can have a rematch with some money stakes .
Whole match we took turns to take the lead .. very exciting .. I think if play money, by hole 12, game over liao.
Grandmaster always plays to the requirements, not too much, not too little. ooi don't pichar the lobang leh ... borrow ur team mate for a few session mah ...

| Many thanks to Asahi for arranging this game 2 years in a row .. High class service / tournament .. got free range balls to practice when I reach the range .. CCC was beside me and was bombing his R11 ..
For our opponents . Thanks for the company and great fight all the way to the 18 hole. Leads were exchange between 2 teams through out the game. We fought back from 2 down ... and you guys fought back from 3 down . Great birdie for Guy on hole 16 .. that kept the game going.
For my air con bus SS ... Duffy told me you only play well when needed .. when I par .. u chin chye bogey .. When you know a birdie is needed ... you produced the birdie .. Our Topspin drives we keeping us close to the bombers .. but i did a few cross court high lobs though ...
If i ever change to a standard putter ... can u be my master and impart 10% of your skill .. your putting is super duper chun ... i think if you and Capt Low will to go into a playoff on putting .. I think sun set also cannot decided who is the winner..
To Captain Kian .. Next time don't call us on the last hole and telling us we need to win !! From the scores Draw also win leh !! But that call actually brought out the real SS Grandmaster ... BOD !!! Birdie on Demand !!!!
Glad to know many new friends and catch up with old pals.
Till next year .. Everyone have a great 2012 !!
ps . ZX remember our date at Keppel in April ok ..

| it was great fun playing in our flight, especially with W(T)F offering his nuts to me all the time.
i finally saw the hidden prowess of my formidable opponents, when they creamed us with their powerful game and Jedi Mind Tricks.
at the same time, i saw the power of 25 at its best thanks to my 25 Grandmaster CCC(B) ... i never know that 25 have so many levels... he showed me that 25 is not an act.. not a skill.. not a thought... it is a lifestyle...
one of the most memorable holes was of course, the island green par 3... it was beautiful weather, the wind was still, and the pin position perfect. our tee shots were absolutely beautiful, cutting through the wind with perfect launch..
unfortunately, all of us went into the water. the chances of that happening is almost close to the chances of a hole in one. I think our flight deserves a hole in one prize to be shared equally amongst the 28 of us. - WMF, TS, Me, and my 25 brother. 3 + 25 = 28.
at the end of the day, it was great fun!
thanks once again.
P.S. Techno and WMF, i have already PM you my bank account number. Please remember that the agreed fee for each hole was $69 per stroke. I think we lost by around 23 strokes and you guys were up 3 holes. I will give u all discount of 3 strokes. Please make payment by 1500hrs later, or I will have to call up my butcher friends for the latest selection of pork cranium.

| Duval and Hardrock missed so many crucial putts, and my dear partner asahi made so many crucial putts. I only contributed with 1 good putt on the island par 3 for par. | |

| I felt bad for letting my capt and idol down; had 1 of my best games in years (shot 91 from blue) but definitely no match for aloyboy's 80 and drawbias' 84.
seeing the difference in our standard, they promised to give me 2-2 each in our next game together.
