| For those who are trained with the Zen Putting Invocation, you will remember the familiar term, FLAT HEAD. Not every playing professional know this, let alone amateur but its what cause peripheral vision especially when different individuals have different master eye and dominant hand.
here're some insight about what might have helped Ernie Els.
Els sees better future with improved peripheral vision
Els belly flop means he has to change methods
and finally...
Els eyes putting gains with eyes gurus
here's some highlight from the last article...
However, he is delighted he decided to consult with Dr Sherylle Calder, an eye specialist who helped the Springbok, All Black and England ruby union teams enhance their eye-hand co-ordination, concentration and other visual performance skills.
"I have been working on good stuff with my eyes and there are a lot of good positives for me at the moment," said Els, an 18-times winner on the PGA Tour. "It all comes down to a bit of confidence. I feel more confident than I was last year and I can't be worrying about top 50s and the Masters. I've just got to play, let it go and I'll be fine."
EYE THINK
Calder, who played hockey for South Africa, used her Eye Think programme to help England win the 2003 rugby World Cup. She then switched her allegiance back to her homeland and helped South Africa beat England to land the 2007 rugby World Cup.
For those who have attended the ZPI, you will know what i mean by hand-eye coordination and freeing yourself from the technique of making a stroke.
it will also be great if we can hear some news of those those have been through the ZPI training.
Have a great putting year ahead.
