what's the difference between tilting the tee angle forward and backwards ( captured in video 1or 2)

somthing to do with wind.. i guess tee angle backwards when tail wind and tee forward for head wind?

He says that the first one is incorrect. The 2nd correct is titled towards the direction he wants the ball to fly.
