Buaya, Yes or No?

Not all are buaya's lah... there are some really lucky ones but those are rare and few in between...for example, I had a kaki in the UK who plays off an honest 18 then. During the 1st round of a 4 round strokeplay compeition, he scored a 76 (it is a par 70 course) with two lucky eagles and some really good chips and putts. After the game, he was investigated by the competition committee for "playing a score that is inconsistant with the declared hcap". Our club captain had to vouch for him so that he is not DQed. The next round, he hit 100+. And as long as I remember, he never had a 76 game again whilst he was stilll a 18 hcap. Cases like this is really rare, so I assume everytime we have a competition here in Singapore, someone will have a miracle game and win the competition... but if he does that more than twice, then I will stamp them as BUAYA
