Anyone playing the new courses there yet? I know some invitees have played not sure if open to Public yet.

Is there a new course?

You know the name?

I have a local friend there; I can check with him. However, sometime local also do not know.......

I will be at Desau area next week to play can check it out for you

Is big new resort there Ernie Els course 27 holes and Sheraton Hotel, not sure open for play to public yet.

It is not ready yet. The whole course has been torn down and getting redone. Ernie is the designer.

Should be ready before end of 2012.

anyone been to Desaru to play golf recently?
Is Desaru Golf Club open or close?
How about Sebana?

Which course are recommended?

Thinking of making a trip there in June.

Dont think is ready yet....was in Desaru recently

last played Sebana about 6mths back.......very run down reception, bathing facilities
basically lonely course not maintained well

Ernie Els' 27 holes is slated to open 3Q 2014.

Any idea what the green fees are like for Senbana?

Wonder why they are building 2 golf courses there!

i see that the govt is intent into turning desaru into a major recreation area with world class hotels, theme parks, and golf resorts!
