| For those that have played with me before... some of you know that i have this so called "self destruct" button that i will occasionally press!
Apart from the ASS Team... does anyone know of any good mental coach's?

| Hi Jon, Can you share and elaborate a little on what you meant by 'self destruct'?
eg. Does it mean that you don follow your routine or tot process? U don care what is the end result? U tend to play outside of your comfort zone?

Hey Duval... Some days i can shoot low and get a string of pars & possibly birdies... and will not shoot anything more than an bogey... however on some other days... if i were to mess up on a tee shot and land myself in a "sticky" lie... i can't seem to recover from that shot and will tend to hit pretty high numbers for the following holes

| Lesson no. 1 Look into managing each hole, which club to use and which part of the fairway you want to land your ball to. Repeat this thought on every hole and you will focus into each individual hole and forget what you have done on the previous hole. | |

Golf is not a game of Perfect and The Golfer's Mind. I have both books if you want to borrow them Jon.

| I will say routine in mental is very important . routine is composed in 3 step : 1) analyse the situation (distance , lie, slope, club selection) 2) Rehearsal the swing to emulate feel 3) excecution with 100% Trust in the shot
during routine you should ALWAYS have positive thinking and breathing for relaxation

GF.... 95% of the time you reach the green first, therefor 95% of the players that played with you will be affected by your approach and eventually lead to their bad day..
