The last a beginner (PC holder) played with me, he outdrove me by 30m and I have played 16 years with Hcp 15. So the term beginner sounds very scary to me nowadays.

Yap... I know how you feel... another "beginner" outdrives me by a mile and kicked by ass the last time we played and state he is only a 23.3Hcp... Nowadays, PC and high-Handicapers all buayas too... Honest lousy golfers like me are all waiting to be slaughtered
