they are very special hand crafted irons. I use to play with these irons but have to return them as i have left the company. on my way soon to Himeji to look for others. Pls when u purchase a Miura Irons, be properlly fit. Cheers guys Hi Sir,
It is indeed a sad day when you have to return your golf clubs to your company when you leave the company.
I guess good products do get retailed by bad companies.
I wish you the best of luck in your journey to Himeji. May you reap abundant stocks.
Many thanks. Master, as much as i like reading ur posts that cracks me up, there are others that makes me cringe... Joe is a good friend of mine and true to himself, he returned the set back.likewise, his previous company nvr asked him to return. All was done in good faith..
Take it easy Ji Begbie, My sincere apologies in that case. My prior misconceptions may have made me think otherwise. I did not know that Joe returned the set back in good faith. Many Thanks.

Joseph, so you're not at laguna anymore ? Bro I've just contacted topgolf. This Miuraism not cheap at all and gotta wait for like a month or so. Furthermore I just bought mine like 2 months ago and only played once on a course and twice on the range. Not to say I can play like a pro but I tend to be a club ho! But will definitely shoot you a mail if I decides to sell though.

| Hi peeps! I just became an owner too, and I totally love it! I bought Miura PP-9003 (5-P with NS Pro 850 R Flex, white colored grips with a spider, fitted) about 2 weeks back from Sigma after a few scheduled test sessions. Price was damn attractive but the pre & after sales service was what convinced me totally man! Here's my experience with them... I was there pretty late with a friend in the evening around 7ish or 8ish on the first occasion, and tested till around 11pm I think... Tested on the various shafts like, Tour AD, NS Pro 750/850/950, and Bassara. I love the Bassara best, really felt great, and the results were just awesome lah! The boss and his assistant was steady enough to explain many things to us, and even shared with us things like basic swing mechanics on what it actually does to the shots! Then of course we tried to tune ourselves abit here and there, and the results shows! The feeling was like having a caddie on course, guiding us how to conquer the course…. Hmm… interesting! Think they are more concerned about what this set can do for me than myself man….. On the next test session, I was there with the same friend, and with another 2 more. Same lah, we were there from around 7ish again to test it out once more till late. I must say, we really like chatting with them. I then explained to them that I’m using TM Burner 2.0 graphite set, asian spec at the moment, but I like the feel of PP way better! Then something he told me really made me think the whole night….. He said that if I were to change from a graphite set to a steel set, in the beginning stage I will be playing very badly, and it will be for some time till I get used to it again like how I did for my graphite set! But…. I will definitely improve my game. It then struck me immediately that what they said was very logical because I’m moving from something that’s very soft and ultra forgiving, into something that’s stiffer and not as easy but with much more control than the set I’m using, even though PP is the most forgiving model from Miura. It really stirred me up big time lah!!! After thinking for the whole night, I finally confirmed my purchase the next day, and to my surprise, so did my friend! Hahaha…… | |

| I think we confirmed on a Wednesday and collected it 2 days later, on a Friday evening, if I’m not mistaken… I’m surprised it’s that fast! I wasn’t in gear to test it out properly lah, so I just took it for a few swings there, with everything neutral. Loved it!!! POWER~~~ Oh yeah the main thing that convinced me and made my decision is………………………. They will be reviewing my clubs about every 3 months, for………………………..……. LIFE! No charges for the review, just need to make an appointment (unless u wanna include the phone call charge!), that’s all! But of course adjustments will be charged, but not all adjustments are chargeable. I can’t recall but once I get the info, I will update here again yah… So about 2 weeks after collection, which was yesterday lah…. 07/12/2012, I went for my first adjustment, scheduled again of course. Explained to them my experience with the clubs, then we started testing with the flight scope. Adjusted the swing weight by adding some metallic tapes to it as it was a little too light for me, then also adjusted the lie, about 5 degrees!!! OMG!!! Results turned out well as expected. They actually noted down all my distances and direction of shots before and after the adjustments! Wah seh! They are more serious their customers! By the time I’m satisfied, it was almost 9pm already… gosh! But again, they mentioned to me that I will soon need to readjust again on the swing weight as the metallic tapes were just temporary until I’m very sure this now is the swing weight that suits me best! So yes, I will be testing at the range tomorrow, and as often as I can. The boss even offered to be at the range with me to check things out for me while I swing! What can I say?! Hahaha…. I will post pictures of the clubs in the next few days. But for now, I’m really happy to own this baby, although I’ve lost some distance, but I’ve improved a lot on my accuracy! I believe the distance will come back when I’m more used to my new set, maybe even better distance later? I hope so too! | |

But wait... Did I read wrongly? 5 deg on lie angle change? Care to share the b4 n after stats? I was topping with standard lie and 7i was doing abt 115m to 120m carry only... After the lie angle adjustment, shots abt 135m to 140m carry! woohoo! No more hooks, ball is straight, high launch! And also I noticed the roll is less than 10m, which Seb says on the green should be half lesser, using NSRCC greens as a reference lah.... I believe after getting more used to it I should be able to get back my usual distance or better lah...

I believe after getting more used to it I should be able to get back my usual distance or better lah... Sorry bro... Im confused... The 7i lie for the PP is ard 61.5 deg... Do u mean it was adjusted by 5 deg to 56.5 or 66.5 deg mentioned in ur earlier post... I doubt the loft for PP need to be adjust as its already stronger mentioned by Andrew... Even so, its very unlikely to be 5 deg adjustment on loft...
