why my ferrule keep coming loose?

last time bought a 56 vokey brand new use a few games the ferrule become loose, so went far east and change shaft and now the ferrule loose again!

bought titleist 910 driver brand new 2 mths ago now the shaft ferrule also loose!!!!

is it just unlucky or is there something that i did to make it loose? what could be the reasons?

i guess you just need to go to club fitter, get it fitted back...should not be too much of a problem...

loose ferrule is not seriously dangerous as compare to loose shaft. probably they use the same epoxy for the shaft on ferrule. it will not affect the playability as much more on appearance.

it's good to never put your club in the car boot and during the games cover the club under shades as heat will loosen the epoxy. it takes around 130-150deg C to melt your shaft epoxy using heat gun and it's lower for the ferrule.

yup just visited BFG to push back the ferrules.

i dont leave the clubs in the boot but sometimes driver exposed during the round. i guess i'll stop doing that now

Just the heat of singaore make it lose in addition of rain and humidity.... it's not really a problem for the club i tell you it'll perform the same ....
