Ferrule of driver loose

Recently I got a second hand driver , I never noticed the ferrule was loose, so when I changed the grip , I was informed of this, the club fitter then tighten the ferrule for me. But after one 18 hole game plus a range session of close to 100 shots with the driver, I realize the ferrule was loose again. Would this be a hazard and cause the club head to fly off? Do I need to chane the shaft or can I just change the ferrule? I am using Adams 9032ls btw.

Usually, it's a simple case of just bringing it to a clubfitter, and get it epoxied back in place, assuming the ferrule wasn't cracked
