weekday golf trip to Legends!

ok...im a small bird dono lastic....play 2 years golf but haven even got to try to play at the infamous Legends.....
hence....my FIL has kindly invited me to play.....so am looking for more kakis to join us....
looking to go on a weekday in the the 1st or 2nd week of October!

TJ Puteri, weekday shdu not be Ex, NSRCC member have recipocal there.
The Seafood is just inside b/c course , further in, drive thru the rubber plantation to the seaside.

Must decide Legend or TJ Puteri.

Bob, I don't think they have shuttle bus anymore. You are playing the B or C course got to drive there direct.

Registration can be done at B and C course. No need to go to A course to register.

Each of these courses presents a different challenge. But if u are looking at which one is better maintained, of course it is A course.

Issue is, the greens are now not in very good shape. I played there a few days ago and it is extremely bumpy.

During Puasa month in JB, most courses will experience very light usage. As such they will do major greens maintenance like punching holes in the greens to aerate them and then topdress with sand. As far as I know, most of these courses will not have fast greens. Bear with it for another 2 weeks.

Only Horizon hills is fast now. Played there on Friday and speed was about 10!

TPGC promotion prices are published on their buntings, just walk in and you will get those promo prices. I played there last Sunday, it's still on. Green fee/buggy on Sunday PM is only RM109.

Course B/C have their own clubhouse registrationa and locker room so no need to register at main clubhouse A.

But Course B is closed for one of the 9 holes for renovation, Course C is fully open.

Seafood restaurant after course B/C, cutting through about 200m of plantation road, is getting pricy but food is still acceptable. Their steam kampong chicken (sea food?) is very good. If you like Malay food, there is a well known Othman restaurant at Kampong Pasir Putih, just before you turn into TPGC from main road. But weekday lunch crowd can be very heavy.
