Definitely no beer cause only drink vending machine, and a KFC there. i went a few times no parking charges unless changes as of two weeks ago. Most crowd there not for golf, but just see see, look look, walk walk (KLKK). or the KFC is the main attraction, and they already filled up the carpark lot. the owner is the same as TPY range (POH Bros), the token don't know y diff, and this time KFC the killer, imagine playing at upper deck and the restaurant keep exhausting the cooking filling up the air.


the upper deck have no bay isolation and its open so when rain no play (Concept like OCC), during raining playable part is the only centre portion of upper deck and whole of lower deck. at upper deck, there are only plastic chairs which are stacked at a corner, not like TPY / OCC you have fix chair and a small table for each bay.

the good thing is the canvas at the bay, when you hit a miss shot there will not be any loud bang sound like TPY range (its pai sey, discouraging and sometime kena F**** by ppl below).

overall is the concept or setup attracting wrong crowd? More marketing effort needed, there are a lot of golf enthusiatic in seng kang and punggol area but most not knowing it and some find it better at TPY range, i am one of them. i stay in the area but don't mind driving to TPY for practices comparing to Punggol.

I was there yesterday, no need to pay for parking as i believe it could be on trial period.

You may want to check with the counter when you buy your token.

OMG! Parking fee started!?!?

first time there today and probably the last time till they allow parking redemption, just like Bukit Batok.

-$3.60 parking damage
-only chicken to eat
-lower deck cannot see ball landing
-expensive lousy range ball
-golf shop nothing interesting

Was there yesterday from 6pm to 7:30pm and paid $1.80 for parking.

The good thing is now the range is much more peaceful than before.

So might not be a bad thing after all...

Glad I'm all done with the tokens I got from deals.sg. Personally I don't think it makes much sense to charge for parking space which remains largely unutilised through the day.

Perhaps they are banking on a captive audience in the Punggol/Sengkang area but a sub-standard offering at a premium price is probably going to drive away the most loyal of customers.

What a letdown!! I stay in Punggol but it's not really walking distance. So either drive or take LRT there with my golf barang but walking to LRT also a distance away..dilemma

still got 2 tokens from the promo left.. guess I'll just use the tokens as a ball marker then..

One of my frd I meet up yesterday told me that he going to open a beer garden at the range next year and had sign up paper with PB.he told me that the parking fees will solve it out by the management and the target is not we'll golfer is the prawn farm and those who playing snooker.

What's the price of the balls. I stay near to here. Thinking of trying it out

sorry PB.. would love to support u.. really appreciate the fact that there's a range at the north-eastern part of spore.. but having to pay for parking?. I'm afraid there are not enuff pull factors to make me go there. slow ball dispenser.. lots of insects and sometimes mosquitos.. no proper chairs.. inflexible timing (often the staff will switch off the bay lights even though we are still packing up.. yes switch off the bay lights!!.. it will be total darkness).
the parking charges may be minimal.. but it's just not right to charge us parking when most other ranges don charge. perhaps it is a govt initiative.. beyond your control.. but too bad I guess.
hoping for a solution to resolve this.

heard the parking levy is by the land developer and not by the range management, same goes for the eating and entertainment area on the other side.... can only hope they can do something like parking redemption for golfers or something. Currently the pool hall on the other side issues parking redemption coupons per certain amount spent for people playing there.....
