Good information on the range. Would like to bring discussion back to the coach there...James Godbold. I have seen him a couple of times at the range, once when he did not have any lessons and seems friendly and approachable. Second time was yesterday, as myself and wife were interested in taking up a package with him - thought we'd pop by and see how his classes are like. He had a group of 3-4 kids with a line of parents/siblings/maids of the trainees sitting behind them. I digress.

Anyway, would like some feedback on James when it comes to adults. My wife has had some basic training before, but not good enough just yet to pick up the game and very short of visiting a Par 3 executive course. Myself, I have had lessons before and have played on the course for 3 months now, but really like to improve my game/scores...basically improve in every aspect of the game. I am looking at convenience here as I live in Sengkang and can easy go for the lessons on weekday evenings. However we're both members at NSRCC and Phil Brew is another option for us, and I believe its cheaper but weeday evenings will be tough.

Any thoughts and comments on this will be much appreciated to help us decide.

About James, he's definitely a friendly and approachable person in my opinion. He's been watching and giving people tips there every now and then, very helpful indeed.

I'm still waiting for my intermediate lessons to start but it's been postponed from 3rd dec to 17dec it would be great if anyone else would like to add on to make up 3 in a class including myself, much cheaper this way! Im open to timings. Cheers!

was there this morning at 8am! like the quiet feel to it! but all my balls dunno why all ended up going to the right! darn stress!

My grievance is not really with charging for parking, but rather the rates of the parking charges. Suburbs parking charging at such high rates for eateries and a driving range

I am sure there will be still some who will pay, but it has left a bad taste in my mouth. <1 hour $1.80.

@eiji, if you need to let go the coins, we can discuss this Sun...

Due to time constraint, that is the nearest range and I hope they bring the charges down else it defeat the purpose, set up a nice place , implement parking cahrges to discourage pple to go there, it will be a very very big white elephant.

Staying at senkgang and punggol ppl are rich to pay for it izzit? I thought at last there a range at east,but end up too sad...

More ppl support that mean they doing the right thing.Butter dun have any kaki down there,hit all balls and f..k off from there, or else need to pay more for talking cock.

I was there with my kids. What to do??? It's the nearest range to my home.

Prob is I can walk there (10-15mins) but all my other frens will have to drive there.... playing alone there is quite sian also..... hahaha..... sianzzzzz

i guess once the insing voucher deal expires and everyone uses up their vouchers, they would probably see lesser ppl.
