Thought only machine can accomplished this kind of thing (fly by wire).
I only wish. No, I use to to understand why the ball behaves the way it does, and to optimise the carry and roll of my tee shot without changing the swing. Also, I use it to understand the mechanics of the swing to develop a more efficient swing model that suits me. Read golf books written by a golfer, an engineer, and a nuclear physicist, and you will see the difference.

One other way to do it.... Enjoy your food and beer... Put on weight... and... Learn how to transfer that weight during swing to gain more distance....

| thanks for all the views. fm these, I kinda observe that:
To be popular and get invite to play golf often , one should be a long bomber
conversely, many are more in awe of the sharp short gamer....but mite not get many invites
conclusion: since I like to golf....I should get longer off the tee.....and not focus too much on the short game....
errr...is this correct?

| I prefer to play with someone who drives a mile... cos usually their approach or short game is not sharp and easier to beat them in match play.
For those with sharp short game, it kinda demoralise me.. cos when I GIR, usually have long putts. Sometimes end up 3 putted for bogey. However, the one with sharp short game usually 3-on and 1 putt for par.

Sob Bro MT, I may have a solution to this problem .. When you "on" with a long putt .. do not putt but chip it .. See, with your strong chipping .. chip it close to the pin and one putt .. than you will par all the way and played 72 .. I am sure our coach did not teach us this .. Hehehehe
