Fastest Way to get a handicap

It is..

Mon and Tues.....morning = golf course closed.

I don't know about Tues but I'm pretty sure it's closed on Monday AM.

Anyway, Duval owns many of these golf courses so he should know best.

The fastest way to get a handicap nowadays is to BUY one! I have friends who bought theirs(SGA affiliated ) without ever stepping onto a 18holes course! I have personally witness handicap test being conducted at executive courses! Its such a sad thing as golf suppose to be a gentleman game plus having there HANDICAP golfers onto the course will slow down play plus endangering everyone!

It's not the fault of the new players, their coach are the one who's responsible for 'selling' the handicap to them! The coach ought to be shot

Who can blame them? All the courses here made it so difficult for them to get handicap. I got a friend who always played in the 80s without handicap. it's only recently he went for the test and come back with 6.5 hdcp.

It integrity is the case here, I think those who put their handicap so high so that they can play in a lower division in medal game. These are the people totally disgrace to the game.
